What Is In Store For Me During This Session?

Treat yourself to complete relaxation of the mind, body, & soul with a Therapeutic Massage! These 60 min sessions are best for targeting a section of the body (above or below the waist) to address specific problem areas and associated muscles. This session may include components of Swedish massage, trigger point, and light passive stretching where applicable. In true Sensate Wellness style, we’ll invite the senses to lead the way to a deep peace with aromatherapy & music to set the tone. Meditation or breathing exercises may be incorporated to quiet the mind as the body settles into a deep relaxation. Please note: For mobile (in-home) service, a travel fee is assessed. Massage table/chair is provided. Please allow for 20 mins before and after your appointment for set up/breakdown.
