The Quiet Flow is the sister class to our signature Bend & Burn — but here, we move without music, without smoke, and with a deeper invitation inward. The Quiet Flow invites you to move at a steady, intentional pace — to hear the sound of your own breath and feel each posture settle in from the inside out. We begin with a short reading or mantra, a seed that we carry with us as we explore mindful movement, anchoring body and mind in the present moment. In the absence of external rhythms, your senses become attuned to the subtle rhythms of your own body. This is yoga as a conversation with yourself — one breath, one posture, one moment at a time. Complete your journey with a soundbath meditation, inviting the vibrations to settle the mind, integrate your work, and guide you back into the world feeling rooted, open, and deeply connected.
