What Is In Store For Me During This Session?

Treat yourself to complete relaxation of the mind, body, & soul with a full body massage. We’ll invite the senses to lead the way to a deep peace with aromatherapy & music to set the tone. Meditation or breathing exercises may be incorporated to quiet the mind and these magical hands entice the body into a deep relaxation. This session may include components of Swedish massage, trigger point, and light passive stretching where applicable. Please note: For mobile (in-home) service, a travel fee is assessed, select the appropriate preference in checkout. Massage table/chair is provided. Please allow for 20 mins before and after your appointment for set up/breakdown.
