A 60 minute Private Yoga session to suit your needs
What Is In Store For Me During This Session?
This class explores the basic yoga poses by breaking them down safely while offering modifications to make them attainable for those new to the practice. We begin with 15 min of breath work to ready the mind for movement. Then, we’ll move through a gentle flow (using props when needed) that focuses on mindfulness through foundational postures. The hour long lesson is concluded with a brief guided meditation for relaxation. Beginner yoga will set you on a path of embracing yoga as a regular and fulfilling part of your everyday life. Please note: For mobile (in-home) service, a travel fee is invoiced separately for locations beyond Essex County, NJ. Please allow for 20 mins before and after your appointment for set up/breakdown.
