We will start the evening by shaking things up with Afro Cuban dance, a powerful expression of culture and connection to our ancestry. This dynamic dance will help you embody joy and movement, revealing areas that need release and setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

**Elevated Yoga Flow with Sensate Wellness**

Next, we will slow down and begin opening up the body with an elevated yoga flow session. This practice harmonizes breath and movement, preparing you to receive the healing frequencies of the soundbath.

**Floating Soundbath with Sensate Wellness**
