We’re so excited to invite you to our 🍂✨Autumn Equinox Hike✨🍂 on September 21, 2024! After the incredible time we had on our last hikes, we can’t wait to gather again and celebrate the shift from summer to fall in the beautiful South Mountain Reservation.

This hike is going to be something special. We’ll start with a grounding moment to set our intentions with a short meditation and stretch to prepare our minds and bodies for the journey ahead. It’s the perfect way to connect with the season, clear your mind, and get centered.😌

Next, Keyana of @Hikeolution, our amazing returning guide, will lead us through the gorgeous fall scenery in silence, making sure we’re fully immersed in the beauty of South Mountain Reservation🥾. After the hike, we’ll ease into a sweet yoga sesh and soothing sound bath led by yours truly, letting the vibrations help us unwind and recharge.🧘🏾‍♀️

Finally, we’ll gather to enjoy some seriously good food prepared by Chef Maz of @brwnboxkitchen, ensuring our bodies are just as nourished as our spirits with high-vibrational, delicious eats.🥪
