Crowns Highke is returning for its 4th year… and this one feels different.

If I’m being honest, I almost didn’t offer it this year. I’m moving through a season of grief, and my capacity has been tender. But the truth is—I love walking in the woods with my people. And when enough of you asked if we were doing it again… I listened.

So we’re coming back. Just a little softer this time.

This year’s Highke will be intimate and intentionally simple. No frills. No extras. Just the things that matter most: nature, breath, body, and community. We're holding space for the process.
