Please bring your own yoga mat/blanket or chair for comfort in meditation. 🧘🏾‍♀️Beginner Friendly: While the movement is suitable for all skill levels and body types, props such as yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters will help to foster better body awareness and support safe body positioning during your practice and are therefore recommended, but not required. 📝Feel free to bring other comfort items such as socks, a sweater/hoodie, crystals, journals, and a pen or pencil to capture any thoughts you'd like to revisit.
