What Is In Store For Me During This Session?

Treat yourself to complete relaxation of the mind, body, & soul with a full body massage and soundbath. We’ll invite the senses to lead the way to a deep peace with aromatherapy & music to set the tone. Guided meditation or breathwork may be incorporated to quiet the mind and these magical hands entice the body into a deep relaxation. This session may include components of Swedish massage, trigger point, and light passive stretching where applicable. Create space in the body with mindful movement and conclude your practice with a vibrational sound bath, offering gentle chakral activation and soothing alignment for a deeply relaxing experience. Please note: For mobile (in-home) service, a travel fee is invoiced separately for locations beyond Essex County, NJ. Please allow for 20 mins before and after your appointment for set up/breakdown.
