Sunscreen and personal bug spray or wipes are suggested. Feel free to bring other comfort items for outdoors such as a blanket/hoodie and socks, as well as any crystals, journals, and a pen/cil to capture any thoughts you'd like to revisit. 🧘🏾‍♀️Beginner Friendly: While the movement is suitable for all skill levels and body types, props such as yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters will help to foster better body awareness and support safe body positioning during your practice and are therefore recommended.
